Project Summary

A new outpatient medical campus consolidating imaging, surgical, and specialty clinics under one roof. Phased construction kept the adjacent existing facility fully operational throughout, with no interruption to patient care.

Early involvement in preconstruction allowed the team to align the mechanical and structural systems with long-term expansion plans, leaving capacity for a future third floor without rework.
